this blog may have just gotten WAY too personal…

I’ve been helping my mom with a project at home making a wall collage of a ton of old pictures. We have never had pictures displayed around the house, so we’re definitely making up for lost time with this project! We had probably 30+ pictures laid out across the dining room table the other night after sorting through boxes of old family pictures, most of which were pictures from when I was young and some of my 14 year old brother Kevin from when he was a baby. I’ve been scanning the pictures in (hence the stinky quality of the images) to try and touch them up a bit and enlarge some of them, so as long as you promise not to tease (much) or ask me what the heck happened to my pretty blonde hair and blue eyes (something I would STILL like to know!!) I’ll share a few of these for the entire world to see… like i said, this blog may have just gotten WAY too personal.. I promise I’ll be back to posting real images of gorgeous weddings this weekend since I have back to back weddings on Saturday and Sunday! Get excited!! :0) 

So apparently the love of music started young…I still think I need a piano in my apartment, I miss being able to play! my mom and I with my great grandparents, Mommy and Daddy Ellis, who by the looks of it was getting quite the kick out of making a stack with all my dolls and animals :0) My cousin Laura and I; I have this one framed in my room next to one of her and I at her wedding.. crazy! sooooo typical.. where else would I be? my grandpa is the best :0) Kindergarten is a pretty big deal, duh! okay these last ones seriously crack me up.. notice a common theme?!?! I literally ALWAYS had at least one baby in my arms at all times and I took them very seriously (once I was old enough to know how, and not carry them by their hair) ;0) I still remember telling my 25 year old mother at the time to sit down so I could take a picture of the babies with their GRANDMA. Yeah I’m sure she loved being called a grandma at age 25.. sorry mom!! :0) I’m pretty sure I only traded in the pretend babies once I was able to get my hands on the real thing: wasn’t Kevin the cutest baby?! Maybe one of these days I’ll do a post with his baby pictures, I’m sure he would LOOOOOVE that! ;0)
