Tielor and Kathleen- Belmont Country Club Wedding Photographer

“I will give you this, my love, and I will not bargain or barter any longer. I will love you, as sure as He has loved me. I will discover what I can discover and though you remain a mystery, save God’s own knowledge, what I disclose of you I will keep in the warmest chamber of my heart, the very chamber where God has stowed Himself in me. And I will do this to my death, and to death it may bring me.

I will love you like God, because of God, mighted by the power of God. I will stop expecting your love, demanding your love, trading for your love, gaming for your love. I will simply love. I am giving myself to you, and tomorrow I will do it again… God risked Himself on me. I will risk myself on you. And together, we will learn to love, and perhaps then, and only then, understand this gravity that drew Him, unto us.
-Donald Millerlove these next two photos that Joseph took of Kathleen:I’ve always noticed how the moment when everything really sinks in is the moment the dress goes on. It all becomes real. It’s happening. All the months of planning and preparation are finally over, and it’s time to put the dress on for REAL this time. It’s a beautiful moment, one that always brings forth a lot of emotions from excitement to feeling overwhelmed, and usually results in a few tears shared between all of us :)Kathleen, you made the most gorgeous bride! This little man took his job very seriously! :) real, authentic moments like this are what stop me in my tracks. I love everything about this photo as Kathleen and her dad reached the front of the church to meet Tielor:Joseph’s view on the left, mine on the right:married!! thanks to Joseph for grabbing this shot: quite possibly my favorite moment of the day was when we hijacked a ton of golf carts with the bridal party and headed down the road for wedding party photos! This little guy was QUITE mistaken when he thought he got to drive ;) He put his foot on the pedal for a split second and nearly crashed into the one in front of him! How adorable is her little toothless smile?! thanks to Joseph for these next two photos:oooh man, these guys were all kinds of fun…
I really would have stayed right here with Kat and Tielor ALL day if we could have gotten away with it! Weeping willow trees are my faaaavorite! you can see my angle above, and Joseph’s below:these next two are both Joseph’s and they are some of my favorites of the day! Kathleen and Tielor, you both made our job SO very easy :) lookin’ good, sir! one of my absolute favorite photos from Kathleen and Tielor’s engagement session was one similar to this, and I knew we had to sort of re-create it on their wedding day too :)love, love, LOVE!thanks to Joseph for this shot of Kathleen’s gorgeous bouquet, and the very important people she carried with her on her wedding day: my shot on the left, Joseph’s on the right:Belmont Country Club was full of gorgeous spots around the property for photos… I seriously could have done portraits of these two ALL day long!a few reception details:Thank you both letting us be a part of your day!
