I’m thankful. Overwhelmed by the amount of things that I could list here. I got it just about as good as it comes and I’m thankful. I’m thankful that my family is healthy. I’m thankful for snuggles and giggles from Lauren and Sam. I’m thankful that there are people going into Warwick High School every day in the name of Jesus to build relationships and love the kids there. I’m thankful my clients invite me into their most precious moments, and the friendship thats develops because of that. I’m thankful for a close relationship with the best grandparents in the world. Above all else I’m thankful for the cross and a God that continues to pour out His blessings on my life!!
oh, and I’m also thankful for these people :0) I could not be more thankful for the community that I live in. Apparently all of my friends from college thought it would be a good idea to stick around, and now a couple years later we still find time to hang out almost every Tuesday night and have dinner together. It always consists of catching up on day to day life, telling spring break 08 (turn up the heat!) stories, and laughing hysterically. They’re my favorite part of the week, hands down. Tuesday we decided to do a pot luck Thanksgiving dinner and I think its safe to say that we had all been looking forward to it for weeks! I cannot express how thankful I am for this family/community God has given me, you all are a JOY to love!
a little holiday decor ;0) My contribution to the meal! Sweet potatoes are my faaaaavorite, and the more marshmellows on top the better!! Thanks to Michael, JR, Nate, and Greg for opening up your home to us! I showed up and the guys already had the table set! And check out that table, its perfect for our family dinners :0) While I was getting stuff ready in the kitchen, Jill was taking pictures (thanks Jill!) I have absolutely NO idea what’s going on here, but I think thats what makes it so hilarious to me! Family Picture :0) Love you guys! Evelyn and I were getting in the Thanksgiving spirit a little early with Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, and she decided we should do our own version of Linus’s Thanksgiving speech… enjoy ;0)
I already was wishing that I could have made the dinner but looking at these picture made me really sad that I wasn’t there.
I’m glad you all had a great time!
what fun! thanks jessie for having me stay with you and being part of such an amazing trip with friends! i love these memories.
good times with good friends!
Love these! That was so much fun, and i believe that picture was taken while playing the “Reaction” game when i said, “pretend you just found out you are pregnant and JR is the father”. Too funny!
