“sun turns the evening to rose
stars turning high up above
you turned me into somebody loved.”
– the weepies
I am so thrilled to introduce you all to miss Emerson Reese, or “Emmy Girl” as her big brother Parker likes to call her :) By now you know Scooter, Ashley, and Parker very well, and Emerson is the most perfect addition to their sweet family! How adorable is her nursery?! You can tell Ashley had so much fun planning it :)quite possibly my favorite portrait of Emerson from the session :) such a beautiful girl!love that little smile!oh hi baby sister!I love how you can see Emerson’s little leg stretching out… she was determined to bust out of that swaddle blanket :)look at her little smile! As soon as Scooter kissed her forehead she got this big smile on her face :)and of course we had to get her in some redskins colors for the end of her session :)okay so, this is a “pose” that I don’t normally suggest during newborn sessions, but we remembered how Parker LOVED being held like this during his newborn session so we decided to try it with Emerson, and apparently she felt the same way! :)
Scooter and Ashley, as always, thank you for making me a part of your family and sharing your most precious memories with me. I’m so thrilled for your family, and I couldn’t adore sweet Emerson any more! Can’t wait to see you all again soon! Happy Friday! :)
