Joey and Sarah- Washington National Cathedral Engagement Wedding Portrait Photographer

“So when I lose my way, find me
when I loose loves chains, bind me
at the end of all my faith, til the end of all my days
when I forget my name, remind me.”
– Andrew Peterson

The National Cathedral in DC has quickly become one of my very favorite locations for portraits, especially engagement/anniversary sessions! It is the most charming, elegant spot that feels like you’ve been instantly transported to a European castle! Between the gorgeous gardens and the stunning architecture, it really is a photographers dream! These two just celebrated their first anniversary, and we marked the occasion with an extra special early morning session. I have WAY too many favorites from my morning with them, and I’m so excited to share! Joey and Sarah, thank you for making all of my photography dreams come true! I adore you both more than you’ll ever know! Xo!

CS Farmstead created the most stunning spring bouquet for us to use, and it was the perfect pop of color!

We took that photo on the right and Sarah quickly said “oh my gosh I feel like Harry and Meghan! They took this exact same photo!” I had to look it up after, and turns out she’s exactly right! :)

Both of Sarah’s dresses are from Lulus! You can find the white one here and the blue one here! Thank you both again for a beautiful morning!
