As soon as we pulled up I knew this was the place. during our wine tours day, Alessandro had taken us by the Abbey of Sant’Antimo, and as soon as I saw it I knew this was the place to do the bulk of Katie’s bridal portraits. Don’t get me wrong the property where we did part 1 was gorgeous, but if we were going to be given another free evening with no rain, you better believe I was going to use it! So the driver happily drove us back to the abbey that evening, wedding dress and all, and I could not be more excited with how these turned out. I wanted a place that really captured Italy and what I found most beautiful about Tuscany in particular. The old buildings, the open space, the texture, the landscape… everything. and this was absolutely perfect!
I hope you have enjoyed these Italy posts as much as I’ve loved sharing them! :) Happy viewing, friends! once again we just pieced together her bouquet, and i love how the red poppies look with the arrangement! LOVE this one :) ah! i love everything about this next one :) a favorite for sure: this one makes me happy :) oh hey Tuscany.. so nice to see you :)
Happy Friday! :)
LOVE these! Katie you are so beautiful!!! So glad you could join us and that you brought your dress! I also love the one you love… love how you captured the reflection of the clouds in the otherwise dark window… and the one that make you happy also makes me happy! Absolutely beautiful! Good job Jessie! If only the poofy sleeves on my wedding dress wouldn’t take up half of Tuscany, I’m sure you’d want me to bring that! :) xoxox
Absolutely beautiful pictures Jessie!!
