It only took about 2 minutes on the phone with Rachel and Adam the first time I talked with them to know they were one of “those couples”. One of those couples who make me love my job THAT much more, and who remind me that I truly do get to work with the most incredible people in the world. I think we laughed through the majority of that first 45 minute phone conversation, and so I knew right away that I was going to love spending time with these two and getting to photograph this season of their lives, and that was definitely the case during their engagement session last week! We hung out around canal walk in Richmond and you can tell by the smiles on their faces in these photos that we laughed through their entire session! I can only imagine how incredible their wedding is going to be :) Rachel and Adam are getting married in just THREE short weeks, and I’m already counting down until i get these two in front of my camera again! This was one of those sessions where I loved just about every single shot I took, because they just looked so HAPPY in each one! happy couples make me a happy photographer :) Rachel and Adam, thanks for making my job so easy! See you SO soon!! :)

so one of the first things that Rachel explained is how PDA is one of her biggest pet peeves, and while I’m very proud of her for embracing it a little bit for a couple hours for this session, i had to keep a few photos like this too ;)
