I can only imagine how many hours Nicole has sat there and felt Harrison wiggle around and wondered what he will be like. What he will look like, what his personality will be like, who he will take after… and they will find out soon enough! He will be joining their family in just about a month!
You’d never know it by these images, but it was actually a really yucky, rainy day outside. I don’t think it phased these two at all :)

We had plans to go to Great Falls Park for their session, and then when it poured rain all day I offered to have them come to my house for the session instead of rescheduling. Thankfully, I have wonderful clients who trust me when I say “it will be okay if we have to do the whole session inside! we’ll make it work!” Right now the fall colors are just starting to show up here in VA, so I totally would have understood if Nicole had wanted to reschedule to make sure she got some of the fall colors in her session. Thankfully we were able to sneak outside for about 30 minutes before it really started to rain again, BUT these images of them that we did back at my house are by FAR my favorites!! :)
