she literally lights up around him. we noticed all day that as soon as Mary Clare and Chris were in the same place, that she was just glowing. her demeanor would change as soon as she was next to him; you could tell very quickly that next to him is her favorite place to be. they bring out the very best in each other. there were zero nerves all day; they were calm, excited, and so ready to officially be husband and wife. they’ve got an incredible life dreamed up (as you can see from the drawing below!) and they are ready to start living it! it was an absolute honor to be there for the first day of the rest of their lives. cheers to the start of a crazy/beautiful adventure for you both! :) xoxo!
this was such a precious surprise, Chris had written her a sweet note, but the drawing on the back just might have been the best part :) this needs to be in a frame somewhere in their home!

good gosh i could have done portraits of these two ALL. DAY. LONG. their joy was absolutely contagious!
their reception was held at 2941 Restaurant and it provided such a lovely backdrop and some of that yummy early evening light!
