My love and affection for these boudoir session just grows and grows, and i’m hoping to do so many more of them in 2026! My goal for these maternity boudoir sessions is to find that gorgeous blend of femininity, strength, beauty, power, tenderness, joy, vulnerability, connection, and wonderment that comes with pregnancy.

Oh friends, I am SO excited to share these portraits with you! Something I’m hoping for 2026 is SO many more fine art boudoir sessions! They are so special to me, so fun, so empowering, and it’s the absolute best to get to remind these women of how uniquely stunning they are. Maternity boudoir sessions especially have such a sweetness and power to them, and I was so excited to bring the vision for this session to life.

20 years of doing this job (crazy, right?!) and the couples I get to know truly truly are the very best part still! Ben and Cosi were married this past May, and I got the sweetest text from her out of the blue 8 months after their wedding saying they were scrolling through their photos again and couldn’t love them more, and how thankful she was for me to have been there.

Every detail was thoughtfully and intentionally put in place, every person there was full of joy for these two, and it truly was a dream of a day for Greg and Jackie at Stone Tower Winery here in Leesburg VA. Those spring colors popped against the vines that were in full bloom, and we used every inch of this stunning property because they built in plenty of time throughout the day to sneak away and soak it all in together.

Those fall days at Shadow Creek are what wedding dreams are made of! Stunning color, perfect weather, and incredible views. Tyler and Lana had the most perfect October day with a dream team of vendors, and it was such a joy to get to be a part of it all.

You can’t have a destination wedding without a day-after session, RIGHT?! You’re going all the way over there, you’re in the most beautiful place, it only makes sense to take full advantage of the opportunity with a ‘day after’ session with your photographer! It’s something I include complimentary with all of my destination wedding packages, and i’m so thankful Taryn and Woody took me up on the offer and were willing to spend one more evening with me and my camera.

Its hard to believe we’re already half way through Kayley’s first year! She is getting so big and still as sweet as can be with her chubby cheeks and drooley smile :0) my faaavorite! The McGrath family has quickly become one of my favorite families to photograph; Amanda always puts so much time into making […]

October is definitely my busiest time of year, especially for weddings! and understandably so, the weather is always GORGEOUS this time of year, the temperature cools down just a little bit, and the leaves are amazing and always remind me what an artist my God is. Michelle and Nic were able to take full advantage […]

One question I get asked by a lot of brides, typically on behalf of their mother, is if I ever take more formal, posed family portraits. The answer is a big YES! I ALWAYS make time to get some pictures of the people most important to you all dressed up and looking their best! Those […]

Lauren has always had ‘happily ever after’ in the forefront of her mind. That’s just how her sweet six year old heart has always worked; wanting the fairly tale ending for herself and everyone around her. From the time she was three years old she would curl up on the couch next to me after […]

Meet little miss Tenley Pearl, (almost) three months old and sweet as can be! Its so clear that Natalie and Brooks are thrilled beyond thrilled to have Tenley in their arms, and spend all day making her giggle, snuggling, and covering her with kisses from head to toe. I love getting to come into homes […]
